Jared L. Cherry


Jared focuses his practice on patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation.  Jared has worked in various capacities with clients to develop and protect their intellectual property rights.  During that time, Jared has assisted his clients in developing, managing, and exploiting patent portfolios; preparing and prosecuting patent applications for complex electronics and computer inventions; and litigating intellectual property disputes involving patents, trademarks, and trade secrets.  Jared has represented his clients in proceedings before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, District Courts throughout the country, and in proceedings before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Jared worked as a paralegal for four years while completing his undergraduate degree and worked for two years as a patent agent while completing his law degree.
